Areas of practice and added representation of lending institutions such as HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA), CitiMortgage, Inc., Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, Webster Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, F.A, Bank of America, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., GreenPoint Mortgage, Luxury Mortgage, No Red Tape Mortgage, Indy Mac Bank, Tornberg Mortgage, Stonegate Bank and National City Bank. In 2010, Mr. Roshco withdrew from the firm and is currently a sole practitioner. The firm currently represents the following lenders: Bank of America, N.A, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, Citizens Bank, First Republic Bank, National City Bank and Bank of Internet.

In connection with our lender representation, the firm has a reputation in New York for providing “white glove” service. Immediately upon opening the file, our processing team will order the title report/lien search, and upon receipt will perform a detailed review of same and address any issues contained therein with all relevant parties to clear all issues and ensure no delays in the closing process. On real property refinance transactions, we request all CEMA documentation. On cooperative refinances (and purchase transactions when available), we obtain a copy of the stock and proprietary lease to ensure proper filing of the UCC financing statements and correct preparation of the loan documents. On all cooperative transaction our processing team generates and transmits the recognition agreements to the borrower(s) immediately receipt of the VEL and Contract of Sale and generate and file the UCC financing statement(s) and will assist in procuring all documents from the Borrower(s) and managing agents. In addition, we prepare the CD for the lender.

In 1996, Danny Roshco founded his firm, Daniel S. Roshco P.C. and has been successfully building his clientele, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders, as well as undertaking some real estate development projects ever since. His congenial business-oriented approach has earned him a reputation as someone who gets the deals done. 

My approach and process has yielded success for buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate brokers as well. It’s about getting the contract signed and transactions closed, while always making sure to protect your client: It’s not about trying to let everyone know that you are the smartest guy in the room.

In addition to handle thousands of closings, Roshco has also extended his expertise to real estate development. In the past several years he has been buying, renovating and selling several multifamily residences throughout the city. This has an added benefit of allowing him to understand the transactions from another angle.

Danny is accredited to teach brokers for continuing education across New York State, and does so throughout New York City. He has created a customized series of training sessions that he presents on site at all of the major brokerage houses.
